All orders are processed within our store.  Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.  If there is a significant delay, you will be notified via email or phone.  Your credit card will not be charged until it is ready to ship.  Shipping chargers will vary at checkout.   

Our products are shipped directly from our local store via UPS or FedEx Ground and will generally arrive within 7-14 days.  If our carriers are experiencing higher than normal volume, shipping may be delayed.
