Returns

We have a no return policy.  Certain items qualify for an exchange only.

Exchanges

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email: gwensfinejewelers@gmail.com with the reason for exchange along with the item you would like to exchange for. No money will be refunded so keep your exchange around the same amount (or more).  If approved you will receive an email with your in store credit that you can use towards a different item.
Please do not send your purchase back without proof of purchase.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
